Description

This is a high density suburb housing project in an upmarket scheme.It is gated community with stands ranging 300sqm.The project is located 19 kilometers away from Harare CBD just after Noik station along the Mutare road.

The project is owned by Pure Gold ,it was offered by the government of Zimbabwe.

Trinity Terrace Developers entered into a joint venture Pure Gold to develop and sell stands.The project is part and parcel of the National Housing delivery program ,Mashonaland program.

The ministry of local Government acquired the Chizhanje farm;planned it and through Pure Gold who then allocated several developers portions of land to develop,service and allocate stands to Zimbabwe residents.

-Town Planning.
-Land Survey
-Engineering Designs
-BOQs
-Civil works (sewer /water reticulation systems,Roads and storm water drainage).
